Some dishes are better than others as well as the temperature inside which gets your meal cold and of course who wants cold food but nice place to dine

Very tasty takeout! Ordered a beef shawarma thing & the goat meat. Both tasty, the shawarma thing was great heated in air fryer.

My husband and I stopped in for takeout lunch and we were not disappointed. The service was great, he offered falafel to try and explained the menu. We each ordered a gyro meal which came with fries and a pop... so good and filling. We also ordered falafel and sambusa wich was amazing. We will definitely return and try other items on the menu.

I just moved to Shakopee and havent found that one restaurant that will be my go to. I might have just found it. Ive actually been here twice now and let me say the best part of this restaurant is the service. The first time I went they were closing soon. I wanted to try the rice after i got fried with my meal. They gave me a side free of charge. He forgot to charge me for my samosa and when i reminded him he also gave that to me. The second time i went i had family at home and wanted to bring a family style meal home. He helped me customize it, gave us a whopping portion and wrapped it very well. For the food. The first time i went i had wings and fries. Both were really good. Crispy wings, fries were a little soggy but tasted good. For the family meal we had rice, spaghetti, philly cheesesteak meat, salmon, fried chicken and a side salad. The spaghetti was great as was the salad. The meats were decent. The chicken was a tad soggy, but to be expected how it was packaged. The salmon and philly cheesesteak had a little flavor but could have used more seasoning. All in all a great experience and the family loved the food also. I will be back to make this place my dukedom

Solid Somali take-out place. We had gyros, a variety of sambusas (beef, chicken, and fish), curried goat, and Somali bread and were pretty happy with everything. The fish sambusa wasn't really my thing but I'd have any of the rest of it again.

1s time being here and not a guy to try out of the box things unless I know I will like them. I saw this place and figured why not. Walked in and it is smaller, but with covid I am taking "to go" anyway. The employees were SUPER nice. I asked them for recommendations and they recommended the Philly Beef. After chatting for a bit the owner or manager (not sure) offered me a Beef Sambusa. I tried it with the green Chile sauce and it was amazing! I ordered 4 to go for the family for later. The chicken was even better! The Philip beef had a little ethnic twist to it and it was perfect. Also came with green Chile sauce. Super friendly, super clean restaurant. Did I mention the Philly beef was huge, came with fries and a pop for $10! I will definitely go back and they highly recommend the Goat meat which will be my next menu option.

Stopped in tonight. Wasn't aware of this place until today. Menu looks great, but I had to get my favorite, Gyros. You can get with fries or rice. I got fries, friend got rice. Rice was very good, loved the cilantro. Fries were crisp and good, they look heavily seasoned but they are not. They do have a little bite which was a nice surprise. The Gyros. TONS of meat, super fresh pita and tasty tzatziki sauce. Also got an order of the chicken wings. Nice sized, crispy breading and a nice heat.

My personal favorite is the beef shawarma, which I discovered is best when reheated in an air fryer, enhancing its flavor and texture. The sambusa, too, deserves special mention for its incredible taste and texture.
